• All orders are processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment promptly after being placed, which incurs irreversible fees. 

Therefore, we adhere strictly to the following cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

  • For products such as Rudraksha, etc., we offer a no-questions-asked refund or replacement policy for 30 days, provided the product has not been tampered with (e.g., removal of silver capping).
  
  
  • If you cancel your order after it has shipped, please follow our Return and Refund Policies. The cancellation will be treated as a return, with all applicable fees.
  
  
  • Orders refused at delivery will be assessed for all applicable fees, including restocking and cancellation fees.
