Returns

• Returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date.
• Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Eligibility Criteria

• Items must be in their original condition as received.
• Replacement of Rudraksha beads, malas, jewelry, and puja essentials is subject to inspection by our testing team.
• Damages caused by neglect or improper use are not covered.
• The Original Product Certificate, original or copy of the invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, and discount coupons must accompany the product.

Return Policy for Loose Rudraksha

• For beads with an invoice value up to Rs 24,999, you may return them within 20 days under the above conditions for a refund.
• For beads with an invoice value of Rs 50.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at mrityunjayrudraksh@gmail.com or call +91 8433088370 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail or WhatsApp your return to the following address/number:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twenty (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
